Meet Jake Fowler
Jake Fowler founded Two Bit Consulting with a simple philosophy: technology consulting should be accessible, honest, and results-driven. With over Twenty-five of experience in technology strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation, Jake has worked with everyone from small non-profit organizations, businesses, and individuals to established enterprises. He's seen firsthand how the right technology decisions can accelerate growth, and how missteps can derail even the best-intentioned initiatives. Jake's approach is consultative and collaborative. Rather than imposing cookie-cutter solutions, he takes time to understand your business, your challenges, and your constraints—then charts a realistic path forward. His technical depth combined with business acumen means you get advice that actually works in the real world.
Meet Maura Cluthe
Maura Cluthe Maura Cluthe is a visual artist who creates bright, bold, collages, pattern-based artwork, 3D robots, murals and more.
An impressive collection of striped socks, funky watches, bottlecaps and vintage robots are just a few things that make up the world of Maura Cluthe. This silly world was first discovered by Hallmark in 1991. As a student, Maura interned at Hallmark at age 19, accepted a position post-graduation and worked there until 2012. Blurring the lines between fine art, illustration and design, Maura has spent much of her career blending all three disciplines. Hallmark career highlights include helping to launch the Fresh Ink alternative card line, the redesign of Kaleidoscope (a creative fun place for kids), the construction of an 11 foot robot named KBOT and being the art director for Shoebox Cards.
In addition, Maura has shown her personal mixed media work across the country in cities like Kansas City, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, St. Louis, and Atlanta. These mixed media pieces integrate text, drawing, photography, painting, and other “stuff” she has collected into her art. These collected fragments take on new meaning and live on within her paintings.
Maura is currently teaching full time at the Kansas City Art Institute in the Illustration Department, teaching junior illustration courses. In 2022, Maura was named the Charlie Sosland Chair of Illustration at KCAI.
Meet Rosie and Gus
Rosie and Gus Rosie and Gus are the true brains of Two Bit Consulting. They help tail wags, supportive encouragement, and making sure we get away from our desks at least once an hour so they can protect the yard from vicious rabbits.
Rosie loves to nap, bark at invisible strangers, and eat treats.
Gus loves to cuddle, nao, and go on long walks.
